SAP MM PP Integration Consultant

About Thoucentric:

Key Responsibilities

·       • Lead and support SAP MM and
PP module implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

·       • Design, configure, and test
SAP MM/PP solutions aligned with business requirements.

·       • Collaborate with planning
teams to integrate SAP with external planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, APO, OMP,
Kinaxis).

·       • Support interface development
via IDoc, BAPI, RFC, CPI, or PI/PO between SAP and planning systems.

·       • Analyze and resolve MM/PP
related issues during UAT, SIT, and production support.

·       • Prepare functional
specifications for RICEFW objects.

·       • Train end-users and create
documentation for SAP processes.

·       • Work with cross-functional
teams across SD, WM, QM, and FI for holistic solution delivery.

·       • Ensure alignment of system
configuration with supply chain planning strategies (MRP, BOM, Routing,
Scheduling, etc.).

Required Skills and Experience

·       • 6+ years of SAP experience
with a focus on MM (Procure-to-Pay) and PP (Plan-to-Produce) modules.

·       • Hands-on configuration
experience in SAP MM and PP in ECC or S/4HANA.

·       • At least one end-to-end
S/4HANA implementation or conversion project experience preferred.

·       • Experience integrating SAP
with planning systems such as SAP IBP, APO, or third-party systems (OMP,
Kinaxis, etc.).

·       • Strong understanding of MRP,
forecasting, demand planning, inventory planning, BOM, routing, and production
execution.

·       • Experience in IDocs, ALE,
BAPI, or CPI-based integration for planning tools.

·       • Ability to write functional
specs and collaborate with ABAP and technical teams.

·       • Excellent communication and
stakeholder management skills.

·       • Experience in Pharma, FMCG,
or Discrete/Process Manufacturing is a plus.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

·       • SAP S/4HANA certification in
MM or PP.

·       • Exposure to SAP IBP or APO
DP/SNP is a strong plus.

·       • Experience with Agile/Scrum
methodology.

·       • Knowledge of batch
management, serial number tracking, subcontracting, and MRP live.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent discipline.

• Postgraduate or MBA in Operations or
Supply Chain Management is a plus.
