SAP MM Project Manager

• Lead SAP MM module implementation and enhancement projects across various business units.
  
• Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
  
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, gap analysis, and propose SAP-based solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  
• Coordinate with functional and technical consultants across SAP modules (e.g., SD, WM, FI, PP).
  
• Oversee testing, training, data migration, and documentation processes.
  
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and compliance with internal governance.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
  
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP MM, with at least 3 years in a Project Management role.
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes including procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and invoice verification.
  
• Proven experience in leading SAP implementation or rollout projects.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
  
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
  
• Experience in integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, WM) is preferred.
  

• Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
  
• Exposure to global SAP deployments and localization requirements.
  
• Ability to manage offshore/onsite delivery models.
