This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP MM Trainer based in India.
This role is designed for an experienced SAP professional who can translate deep Materials Management expertise into effective, structured training programs for business users and functional teams. You will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions focused on SAP S/4HANA MM processes and SAP Fiori applications, ensuring end users gain practical understanding and confidence in system usage. The role combines strong functional SAP knowledge with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. You will also play a key role in supporting adoption by tracking training effectiveness and reinforcing learning outcomes over time. Operating in a remote and flexible engagement model, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful SAP transformation initiatives. Your expertise will directly influence user adoption and operational efficiency across enterprise environments.
Accountabilities:
- Deliver structured SAP MM training sessions for end users, key users, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of core processes and system usage.
- Train participants on SAP S/4HANA Materials Management workflows and SAP Fiori-based applications.
- Design and adapt training content to align with business processes, system configurations, and user roles.
- Support learners by addressing queries, clarifying functional concepts, and providing practical examples from real-world SAP environments.
- Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve learning delivery and engagement.
- Provide ongoing post-training support to reinforce learning and ensure effective system adoption.
- Collaborate with project teams to align training delivery with implementation milestones and business readiness goals.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) module.
- SAP MM Certification is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation or rollout projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA MM processes and SAP Fiori applications.
- Knowledge of integration points with SAP SD, FI, and WM/EWM modules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to train diverse user groups.
- Strong ability to simplify complex functional concepts for non-technical business users.
- Prior experience in conducting end-user or corporate SAP training is a strong advantage.
