SAP OpenText Developer

We are seeking an OpenText Developer with strong expertise in Automation of Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). The role involves system configuration, workflow customization, archive setup, SAP integration, and providing advanced technical support for invoice processing and content management solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement OpenText VIM solutions for PO and Non‑PO invoice processing integrated with SAP.


• Configure and manage VIM components including Document Processing (DP), Invoice Capture Center (ICC / IES / BCC), and VIM Analytics.


• Design and customize VIM workflows, exception handling, and approval procedures based on business requirements.


• Set up and manage OpenText Archive Server, content repositories, and SAP ArchiveLink configurations.


• Integrate OpenText Core Archive (SaaS) with SAP ECC / S/4HANA systems.


• Manage OCR and data extraction processes, including invoice layouts, mapping, validation rules, and extraction optimization.


• Ensure seamless integration between OpenText VIM and SAP MM/FI modules, EDI interfaces, and SAP Fiori applications.


• Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 production issues related to invoice processing, workflows, OCR errors, and archive/content repository issues.


• Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.


• Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), support defect resolution, and ensure high-quality deliverables.


• Prepare and maintain Technical Specifications (TS), Functional Specifications (FS), configuration documents, and test scripts.


• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post‑go‑live support.


• Stay updated with the latest OpenText VIM, Archiving, and SAP technologies and best practices.
