As a SAP OTC Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on SAP Customer Relationship Management applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize customer relationship management processes, enhancing customer satisfaction and helping clients achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to optimize client processes
- Analyzing client requirements and designing tailored CRM solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP CRM applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and deliver quality outcomes
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain ownership of project quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and customer engagement strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to address complex client needs and system interactions
- Facilitating difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Excelling in business process consulting and improvement
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify system interactions
- Embracing technology implementation for client success
- Developing skills in customer relationship management and engagement
- Mentoring team members to enhance delivery quality
