Job Description - SAP PI/PO CPI (BTP Integration) Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP PI/PO – CPI Consultant with strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise‑grade integration solutions using SAP BTP and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). The candidate will be responsible for defining integration architecture, developing iFlows, and driving migration initiatives from legacy PI/PO to CPI in alignment with SAP clean‑core and future‑ready principles.

Key Responsibilities

Define end‑to‑end integration architecture leveraging SAP BTP and CPI, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives
Design, develop, and support CPI integration flows (iFlows) for SAP and non‑SAP systems
Establish integration standards, reusable components, and best practices across projects
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, SAML, and certificate‑based security
Ensure integrations comply with data protection, governance, and enterprise security policies
Assess existing SAP PI/PO interfaces and define a migration roadmap to CPI
Identify reusable assets and prioritize business‑critical integrations during migration
Evaluate licensing, connectivity, and infrastructure requirements for SAP BTP and CPI
Design scalable and resilient integration patterns, including:
- Synchronous and Asynchronous messaging
- Error handling and retries
- Monitoring and alerting
Ensure architectural alignment with SAP Clean Core strategy and future‑proof integration design principles
Collaborate with functional, technical, and enterprise architecture teams

Required Skills & Experience

8–10 years of experience in SAP Integration technologies
Strong hands‑on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
Experience in defining end‑to‑end integration architecture on SAP BTP
Solid knowledge of SAP PI/PO, including migration strategies to CPI
Strong understanding of SOAP, REST, IDocs, OData, and APIs
Experience with security concepts such as OAuth, SAML, certificates
Knowledge of integration monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills

Good to Have

Experience working on large transformation or migration programs
Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite components beyond CPI
Exposure to hybrid integration scenarios (cloud‑to‑on‑premise)

Job Title: SAP PI/PO – CPI Consultant
Hiring Type: Contract – Full Time
Location: Pan India
Work Mode: On‑site / Hybrid
Experience: 8 – 10 Years
Compensation: Up to 20 lacs per annum (depends on experience).
