SAP - Plan to Production Lead

SAP - Plan to Production Sr / Led: leading the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Must be of subject matter expert (SME) who bridges business requirements with technical SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the supply chain. Skills Required : Deep SAP PP Knowledge: 7-10+ years of experience in SAP PP module, including multiple full lifecycle implementations in ECC or S/4HANA. S/4HANA Specifics: Strong knowledge of S/4HANA innovations such as MRP Live, embedded PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling), Fiori applications for manufacturing, and advanced ATP (aATP) integration. Manufacturing Processes: Expertise in various manufacturing types, including discrete manufacturing, repetitive manufacturing, process manufacturing, make-to-order (MTO), make-to-stock (MTS), and engineer-to-order (ETO). Core PP Functions: Proficiency i Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) solutions, from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare support. Process Optimization: Analyze complex business process requirements for the "Plan to Produce" cycle (SOP, Demand Management, MRP, capacity planning, shop floor control) and propose optimized solutions leveraging SAP best practices and S/4HANA capabilities. Master Data Management: Oversee the definition and migration of critical master data, including Material Master, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and Work Centers. Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between the PP module and other core SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Quality Management (QM), Finance & Controlling (FICO), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Technical Collaboration: Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects) and collaborate with ABAP and other technical teams to build and test solutions. Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead project teams, conduct workshops, manage stakeholders, provide training, and mentor junior team members. Testing & Documentation: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including process flows and training materials. Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), shop floor control, and production order management. Methodology: Familiarity with project methodologies, especially the SAP Activate methodology for S/4HANA implementations. Integration Knowledge: Understanding of data flow and integration points with MM, SD, QM, FICO, and MES systems.
