Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Plant Maintenance - Techno-Functional Consultant at Finyog Consultancy or directly in a Top Automotive Company in Gurugram . As a SAP Plant Maintenance - Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and supporting the SAP Plant Maintenance module. You will be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and integration of the SAP Plant Maintenance module. Additionally, you will provide technical and functional support, perform system configuration, and conduct end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PM/EAM as per Business Requirements.
• Collaborate with Core Business and SAP IT teams along with SI Partner for implementation of PM module as per Project Plan. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, Quality, procurement etc., to understand business requirements and align and integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Map business requirements, processes, and objectives, Identify Gaps, issues; develop necessary product modifications and provide workaround solutions.
• Integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules and external systems, working closely with Cross-Functional Teams and External Parties
• Act as liaison with business users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Validate Functional Specification Document prepared by SI partner from Sustainability and Business requirement fulfillment perspective ensuring minimal impact on core customization.
• Impart an understanding of the Functional Specification Document to the development team for Development.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Provide Subject matter expert services on the SAP PP module and other dependent modules.
• Collaborate with Core Business and SAP IT teams along with SI Partner for implementation of PM module as per Project Plan. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Participate actively in testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing and User acceptance testing.
• Develop and implement SAP PM strategies, policies, and procedures to improve Line efficiency, inventory control, and better contract management.
• Provide Subject matter expert services on the SAP PM module and other dependent modules.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on SAP PM functionalities and best practices.
• Adherence to Project Tasks as per defined Timelines.
• Change Management tracking and impact assessment across modules.

Work Experience

• 4-8 years of experience as SAP PM/EAM Senior Consultant.
• Minimum 2 End-to-end implementations with at least one on to S/4 HANA.
• Knowledge of Fiori Apps is a must and should have knowledge of Maintenance Business Processes such as Preventive, Corrective Maintenance etc. but not limited.
• In-depth Knowledge of SAP PM Configuration, Master Data, and Integration with other SAP Modules
• Participate in requirements gathering discussions with the business and clearly document the business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Document and perform functional testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the solution
• Provide training support to end users on the SAP PM module.
• Proven ability to configure SAP solutions and experience with planning and participating in SAP blueprinting and design discussions
• Experience in Global template implementation and rollout will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of other modules (For e.g., MM, QM etc.) w.r.t Plant Maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge on conversion tools (LTMC, LSMW, BDC etc.)
• Master Data Preparation, Validation and Execution.
• Experience in BTP, RPA implementation, FIORI Apps and Dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
• SAP Certification
