If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.\n\nIn this role you will be responsible for:\n\nDesign, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.\n\nWork with other project team members to assure all Purchasing aspects of the plant maintenance solution are optimized.\n\nAssure parts and materials needed for plant maintenance activities have proper integration into the clients Purchasing solution. \n\nConduct and participate in workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations and leading practices.\n\nDetect operational dependencies, demands, and issues among client processes, systems, and data.\n\nWork with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out SAP based solutions for the purchasing aspects of Plant Maintenance.\n\nDevelop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors\n\nContinue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise\n\nVery Clear Communications about solution components with plant/warehouse end users.\n\nRequirements for this role include:\n\nExperience as an SAP Consultant with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.\n\nHands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs.\n\nDeep understanding of Business processes and Configuration in regard to SAP Purchasing and components related to purchasing parts and materials needed in the SAP Plant Maintenance processes.\n\nExperience in Master Data and transactional data used in the purchase of plant maintenance parts and material, such as:\n\nSetting up in Direct Purchasing\n\nSetting up in Spare part Purchasing\n\nTriggering PR from Plant Maintenance orders\n\nGood Receipts\n\nPreferred experience with Plant Maintenance module and associated integration aspects of MM/PM, such as:\n\nMRP Process\n\nReservations and Goods Issue for Maintenance Order\n\nSAP cross functional integration experience among with Materials Management, Quality Management, and Product Planning.\n\nAbility to work closely with other project team members on data conversion requirements, including identification of data conversion requirements\n\nRICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) experience.\n\nNice to have knowledge in SAP Plant maintenance master data, Maintenance notifications, Maintenance orders and preventive Maintenance, Calibration process, Refurbishment Process.\n\nTeam management and project management skills as an asset.\n\nTrain users in master data management, new business processes, transactional activity, and report execution.\n\nPreferences: \n\nSolid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture of SAP ECC. Nice to have S/4 Hana experience.\n\nSolid analytical / problem solving skills\n\nAbility to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.\n\nStrong influencing and excellent communication skills.
