As a SAP PM-Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions to support strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve successful outcomes
- Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Utilizing data-driven insights and analytical thinking to drive process improvements and cost management
- Coordinating supply chain management activities, including demand forecasting and inventory management
- Building and maintaining client relationships to identify opportunities for service excellence and operational enhancements
- Embracing technology and innovation to deliver high-quality consulting services
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials

-8 to 12 years of functional domain experience of working on the PM module in SAP implementation projects

-Implementation experience should be in version 4.7 upwards. ECC 6 would be a plus

-Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the PM module
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
- Embracing change and innovation in technology solutions
- Developing skills in supply chain transformation and consulting
- Leading teams in operational excellence and process improvement
