As a SAP PM-Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, while effectively mentoring others.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions to support strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborating with client leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost management
- Utilizing data-driven insights and analytical thinking to drive supply chain transformation initiatives
- Coordinating supply chain management activities, including demand forecasting and inventory management
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies within client engagements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing business application consulting efforts

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
