As a SAP PM-Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of supply chain transformation projects
- Utilizing SAP Supply Chain Management software to optimize operational efficiency and improve client outcomes
- Developing and managing project budgets to validate resource allocation aligns with client objectives
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance in delivering client expectations
- Building relationships with clients to address supply chain challenges and provide tailored solutions
- Overseeing the integration and utilization of SAP applications to streamline supply chain processes
- Promoting innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Conducting supply chain analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost management
- Facilitating training sessions to support seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
