Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP PO/PI and API development.
The Application Support Engineer role focuses on delivering high\-quality support by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross\-functional teams to troubleshoot software\-related challenges, ensuring seamless operation of essential applications, and continuously improving support processes and services through proactive monitoring and problem resolution.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supported applications and integrations.
Collaborate with and guide teams in executing support and operational activities.
Take ownership of team\-level technical decisions and contribute to cross\-team decision\-making.
Provide effective solutions to issues impacting both immediate and extended teams.
Facilitate knowledge\-sharing sessions to strengthen overall team capability.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
Strong proficiency in SAP PO/PI and API development.
Solid understanding of integration patterns, processes, and methodologies.
Hands\-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving application and integration issues.
Familiarity with API management and development best practices.
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team\-oriented environment.
