If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a SAP PP QM Lead to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSAP Rollout \u0026 Implementation \nParticipate in global template rollout projects for SAP PP and QM modules. \nConduct Fit-Gap analysis between global template and local business requirements. \nConfigure SAP PP and QM functionalities based on business needs. \nSupport SAP system deployment across new plants or regions.\n\nBusiness Process Analysis\n\nConduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements. \nAnalyze manufacturing processes and map them to SAP PP/QM functionality. \nDocument business processes, solution designs, and functional specifications.\n\nSAP PP Configuration \nConfigure core PP functionalities such as: \nDemand Management \nMRP (Material Requirements Planning) \nProduction Orders / Process Orders \nCapacity Planning \nWork Centers, BOM, Routings \nRepetitive Manufacturing and Shop Floor Control.\n\nSAP QM Configuration\n\nConfigure Quality Management processes including: \n* Quality Planning and Inspection Processes \n* Inspection Plans and Sampling Procedures \n* Quality Notifications \n* Vendor Quality Management \n* Incoming, In-process, and Final Inspections. ([metaplore.keka.com][1])\n\nIntegration with Other SAP Modules\n\nEnsure integration between PP/QM and: \n* SAP MM (Procurement \u0026 Inventory) \n* SAP SD (Sales \u0026 Delivery) \n* SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) \n* SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management)\n\n### 6. Documentation \u0026 Testing \nPrepare project deliverables such as: \n* Business Blueprint \n* Functional Specification Documents (FSD) \n* Configuration Documents \n* Support testing phases: \n* Unit Testing \n* Integration Testing \n* User Acceptance Testing (UAT). ([hirist.tech][2])\n\nData Migration \u0026 Cutover \n* Support master data migration (Materials, BOM, Routing, Inspection plans). \n* Perform data upload using tools like LSMW or migration cockpit. \n* Participate in **cutover planning and Go-Live activities**.\n\n \nRequired Skills\n\n* Strong knowledge of SAP PP and SAP QM. \n* Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations. \n* Experience in global rollout or template deployment projects. \n* Understanding of manufacturing processes such as MRP, MTS, MTO, and production execution \n* Ability to write functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces. \n* Strong stakeholder communication\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n* 8+ years of SAP PP/QM experience. \n* At least 1\u20132 full lifecycle SAP implementations or rollouts. \n* Experience with SAP Activate / ASAP methodology. \n* Exposure to batch management, serialization, and shop floor integration.\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
