Summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate direct client engagement to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality consulting services.
  
• Lead Agile and Scrum initiatives using Azure DevOps (ADO) to streamline project delivery and enhance team collaboration.
  
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications and create detailed training documentation to support user adoption and system proficiency.
  
• Execute data migration strategies and drive continuous process optimization to improve operational efficiency.
  
• Spearhead greenfield implementations and manage the rollout of standardized templates across multiple locations.
  
• Perform advanced configuration for Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, ensuring accurate master data governance.
  
• Oversee the management of discrete manufacturing production orders to ensure alignment with business goals and production schedules.
  

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within the IT Services industry, specifically in SAP manufacturing solutions.
  
• Proven expertise in SAP PP and QM configuration, including deep knowledge of master data management.
  
• Strong proficiency in client-facing interactions with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Azure DevOps (ADO) platform.
  
• Demonstrated track record in creating functional specifications and delivering effective training materials.
  
• Solid background in data migration projects and business process optimization initiatives.
  
• Extensive experience in managing greenfield implementations and executing template rollouts for discrete manufacturing environments.
