JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with 4+ years of expertise in managing end -to -end SAP implementations,
upgrades, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record of delivering complex SAP projects on time, within scope, and budget,
while leading cross -functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Project
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead
SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects across modules
(FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).
- Define
project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with
business goals.
- Ensure
adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate).
- Stakeholder
Management
- Act
as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and
external vendors.
- Conduct
regular status meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations at all
organizational levels.
- Team
Management
- Lead
and mentor cross -functional project teams including consultants,
developers, and business analysts.
- Allocate
resources effectively and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
- Risk
& Quality Management
- Identify
potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure
quality assurance through testing, validation, and compliance with
organizational standards.
- Budget
& Resource Control
- Manage
project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Optimize
resource utilization across multiple SAP projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s
degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
Administration, or related field.
- 4+
years of experience in SAP project management with at least 3
full -cycle implementations.
- Strong
knowledge of SAP modules and integration points.
- Proficiency
in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent
communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP
/ PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification preferred.
Desired Skills
- Experience
in S/4HANA migration projects.
- Familiarity
with cloud -based SAP solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur).
- Strong
analytical and problem -solving abilities.
- Ability
to work in multicultural and global environments.
