Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP
S/4HANA Project Manager to lead large -scale SAP transformation programs
from offshore. The candidate will be responsible for end -to -end delivery,
stakeholder management, and ensuring successful execution of SAP S/4HANA
implementations, rollouts, or upgrades.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Lead end -to -end SAP S/4HANA
  implementation / rollout / upgrade projects
  
• Manage project lifecycle including planning,
  design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare
  
• Drive offshore delivery governance and
  coordinate with onsite/client stakeholders
  
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks,
  and budget
  
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate
  methodology and best practices
  
• Lead cross -functional teams (functional,
  technical, BASIS, integration)
  
• Conduct status reporting, steering
  committee updates, and stakeholder communication
  
• Handle resource planning, utilization,
  and team performance management
  
• Drive quality assurance, risk mitigation,
  and issue resolution
  
• Support pre -sales, estimations, and
  solutioning when required
  

Required Skills
& Experience:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong
  SAP project management background
  
• Proven experience in S/4HANA
  implementations (Greenfield / Brownfield / Rollouts)
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FICO,
  SD, MM, PP, etc.) and integration points
  
• Experience managing global/offshore
  delivery models
  
• Expertise in Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid
  delivery models (SAFe preferred)
  
• Strong stakeholder management and
  communication skills
  
• Experience handling large teams (20–100+
  members)
  
• Good understanding of SAP BTP,
  integrations, and cloud environments
  

Preferred
Qualifications:

• SAP Activate / PMP / Prince2 / Agile
  certifications
  
• Experience in multi -country rollout
  programs
  
• Exposure to RISE with SAP / Cloud
  transformations
  
• Experience in at least two industries
  verticals such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, or Life Sciences
