Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP programs and multiple project workstreams. This role involves end-to-end ownership of SAP delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful execution of transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate will have strong program management capabilities, deep SAP functional exposure, and experience handling complex, multi-project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP program delivery and engagement management.
  

• Manage multiple SAP projects and workstreams within a program.
  

• Ensure effective scope, cost, schedule, and risk management.
  

• Drive SAP implementation, rollout, and transformation initiatives.
  

• Collaborate with client leadership, business stakeholders, and internal teams.
  

• Provide strategic direction on SAP solutions and best practices.
  

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and delivery commitments.
  

• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and innovation.
  

• Manage large, distributed teams across offshore and onsite locations.
  

• Support pre-sales activities, proposal creation, and client presentations.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong SAP project/program management experience.
  

• Proven track record in SAP implementations and delivery.
  

• Functional expertise in at least one SAP module (MM / FI / HR).
  

• Mandatory certification in SAP Activate Methodology.
  

• Strong experience in project governance and delivery frameworks.
  

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large teams.
  

Preferred Skills:

• PMP Certification.
  

• Experience working with public sector clients.
  

• Exposure to Middle East (KSA) clients/projects.
  

• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
  

Other Details:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  

• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
