SAP PS Consultant - SD/MM/FICP Modules

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and managing the SAP Project Systems module. This role involves working closely with various business units to understand their project management needs, configuring SAP PS solutions, and providing continuous support and improvement to ensure effective project execution and control.Key Responsibilities :Implementation and Configuration :- Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP Project Systems (PS) module.- Configure SAP PS solutions to meet the specific requirements of different business units.- Conduct system integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.- Facilitate successful data migration and system go-live activities.Business Analysis and Support :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into SAP PS functionalities.- Provide expert guidance on SAP PS best practices and industry standards.- Offer ongoing support to resolve issues, answer queries, and optimize system performance.- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize the effective use of the SAP PS module.Process Optimization :- Analyze current project management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize project planning, execution, and monitoring using SAP PS capabilities.- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Documentation and Reporting :- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, project processes, and user manuals.- Generate and analyze reports to support project decision-making and performance evaluation.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.Qualifications :Educational Background :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Experience :- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP PS module implementation and support.- Proven experience in managing SAP PS projects from initiation to completion.- Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO).Technical Skills :- Proficiency in SAP Project Systems (PS) module.- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.- Familiarity with ABAP programming for debugging and minor customizations is preferred.- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
