Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP R2S / S/4HANA Service Consultant to support global template rollout programs across multiple geographies and business units.

The consultant will be responsible for solution design, template localization, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare for SAP S/4HANA Service processes.

  5+ years of overall SAP consulting experience(overall 4yrs profile will also considered mus have done 1 E2E Implementation).

  
  


• 
  

  4+ years of relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA Service / R2S.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1 complete end-to-end global template rollout implementation in SAP R2S / S/4HANA Service.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience in SAP R/3 Customer Service (CS) is mandatory.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong expertise in S/4HANA Service / R2S configuration and solution design.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of end-to-end Request to Service (R2S) processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with global template deployment, localization, fit-gap analysis, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  
  

❌ Profiles without the mandatory R2S/S/4HANA Service rollout experience or SAP R/3 CS background will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Lead requirement gathering, process design, and fit-gap workshops for R2S processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Service / R2S processes based on global template standards and local requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams including SD, MM, PM/EAM, FI/CO, and CRM/CX.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct workshops and prepare functional specifications.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate development activities, testing cycles, and defect resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Support data migration, cutover planning, user training, go-live, and hypercare.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure process harmonization and adherence to global template governance.

  
  


• 
  

  Assess local business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
