SAP Recruitment Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment efforts for SAP roles by developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance throughout the talent acquisition process.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and networks to attract top-tier SAP candidates, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for both technical skills and organizational culture.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
• Stay updated on SAP market trends and competitor strategies to inform recruitment planning and employer branding efforts.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically focused on SAP recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP roles, skills, and technologies.
• Strong networking abilities and a proven track record of successfully filling SAP positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement improvements.
