SAP RE-FX Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Consultant with a solid background in implementing and supporting real estate functionalities within SAP. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least 1–2 SAP RE-FX implementations and be well-versed in the end-to-end real estate lifecycle including lease management, accounting, payments, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP RE-FX to support comprehensive real estate processes.
• Manage functionalities related to lease contracts, real estate accounting, rent and cost settlements, and payment processing.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, and PM.
• Support full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP RE-FX capabilities with operational needs.
• Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 end-to-end SAP RE-FX implementations.
• Strong understanding of real estate lifecycle processes including leasing, financial postings, planning, and reporting.
• Experience with integration between RE-FX and core SAP modules.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
