SAP Retail & S/4 HANA Specialist - VOIS

Lead operations and implementation projects on advanced technology platforms such as SAP on Cloud and S/4 HANA. Manage complex support and transformation projects within SAP Retail and S/4 HANA domains. Gather requirements and prepare documentation for implementation projects. Configure and develop IS Retail functionalities on S/4 HANA. Perform end-to-end testing of newly developed scenarios. Design and develop integration interfaces with legacy systems, including EDI/IDOC handling and workflows. Oversee data migration from legacy systems to S/4 HANA during cut-over phases. Ensure compliance with design specifications and support continuous improvement initiatives. 12-15 years of SAP experience with at least 5-6 years in SAP Retail on S/4 HANA implementation. Proficient in SAP IS Retail functionalities such as stock allocation, site master, POS transactions, assortment/listing, article grouping, and logistics variants. Expertise in store operations, retail pricing, promotions, merchandise distribution, cross-docking, and flow-through scenarios. Skilled in SAP POSDM - S/4 HANA integrations and equipment handling. Exposure to planning and forecasting processes. Strong knowledge of SAP SD transformation to S/4 HANA, including master and application data migration. Experience in designing complex interfaces and integration options with stores. Added advantage: CDS extensions, API projects, cloud storage integration, and S/4 HANA implementation experience. Excellent leadership and people management skills to handle diverse teams effectively.
