Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM-WM-EWM Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with global customers across diverse industries, leading SAP implementations and providing strategic consulting services. You will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and optimizing Materials Management, Warehouse Management, and Extended Warehouse Management solutions within SAP S/4 HANA environments.

Lead end-to-end SAP MM-WM-EWM implementations and migrations for enterprise clients
Design and configure SAP MM modules including Procurement, Inventory Receiving, Accounts Payable, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, Stock Transfer Orders, Subcontracting, Batch Management, and Variant Configuration
Configure and optimize SAP WM functions including Inbound & Outbound Processing, Cross Docking, Yard Management, and Transfer Order management
Establish and manage organizational structures, master data setup, and ensure seamless integration with related modules (QM, SD, PP, FI-CO)
Conduct comprehensive Fit-Gap analysis sessions and lead customer workshops to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide consulting services for both new SAP implementations and optimization of existing deployments
Support Pre-Sales activities and Solution build initiatives; assist in strategizing S/4 HANA adoption roadmaps for new customers
Collaborate with clients on troubleshooting, investigation, analysis, and resolution of complex SAP issues
Develop functional specifications and oversee comprehensive testing processes for implementation and migration projects
Support Application Management Services (AMS) projects, including Incident Management, Service Request Management, and Problem Management
Liaise with development teams on ABAP, BW, and Fiori development initiatives, including RICEF implementations
Work independently and self-directed to deliver high-quality consulting solutions
Required Qualifications
Mandatory Experience
Minimum 12-15 years of overall experience in SAP MM and EWM functions
Minimum 5 years of dedicated SAP EWM experience
Minimum 3 years designing and configuring MM-WM-EWM modules
Proven experience with full cycle S/4 HANA implementations
3-4 years of domain experience in Procurement & Logistics Execution, with focus on Inbound Transportation functions
Certifications & Technical Expertise
SAP Certified Consultant S/4 HANA (MM, WM, or EWM certification required)
Extensive expertise in MM configuration areas: Procurement, Invoice Receipt, Accounts Payable, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, Stock Transfer Orders, Subcontracting, Batch Management, and Variant Configuration
Expert-level knowledge of SAP organizational structure, master data setup, and cross-module integration (QM, SD, PP, FI-CO)
Advanced knowledge of SAP WM functions: Inbound & Outbound Processing, Cross Docking, Yard Management, and Transfer Order management
Strong understanding of procurement business processes and best practices including Purchasing, Inbound Delivery, Invoice Verification, and Pricing
Familiarity with ABAP, BW, or Fiori development lifecycle and RICEF methodologies
Proficiency in functional specification development and testing processes
Professional Skills & Competencies
Proven experience leading customer workshops and Fit-Gap sessions
Demonstrated ability to translate complex client business needs into technical requirements
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities for investigating and resolving SAP issues
Experience supporting Pre-Sales and Solution build activities
Knowledge of AMS project delivery and service management processes
Ability to work independently and self-directed in a consulting environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with global customers across multiple industries
Preferred Qualifications
Post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualification
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba
Experience in strategizing and implementing S/4 HANA adoption for enterprise customers
Background in AMS (Application Management Services) projects

WORK LOCATION : Chennai/ Bengaluru/ Hyderabad
Shift timing – 2.00- 11.00 PM
No of Technical Discussion – 2 levels
