This role demands a visionary leader who can drive project success, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact SAP solutions aligned with business goals. Experience with Life Sciences will be an added advantage. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who understands the regulatory, operational, and technological nuances of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments and can deliver SAP solutions that drive compliance, innovation, and business value.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, budget control, and stakeholder engagement\n * Drive digital transformation initiatives including serialization, traceability, and data integrity\n * Project Planning \u0026 Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for SAP implementation projects, from initial scope definition to final delivery. \n * Team Leadership \u0026 Coordination: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, functional analysts, and infrastructure teams, to achieve project milestones. \n * Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact and build \"trusted advisor\" relationships with senior leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders. \n * Risk \u0026 Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely and successful resolution. \n * Budget \u0026 Resource Management: Monitor project expenditure, resource allocation, and headcount to ensure projects stay within budget and deliverable completion. \n * Status Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and regular project status updates, including risks, issues, and budget performance, to project sponsors and key stakeholders. \n * Methodology \u0026 Best Practices: Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and implementation methodologies, acting as a subject matter expert for the organization. \n * Business Process Alignment: Facilitate workshops and review sessions to document existing business processes and define future-state processes for new software solutions. \n * Mentorship \u0026 Development: Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering expertise and promoting best practices. \n * Business Development: Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to developing new business opportunities within the SAP space. \n\n\n\nRequired Skills\n\n * Strong skills in project planning, execution, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder communication\n * Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT leadership, and external vendors. Ability to mobilize, motivate, and lead diverse teams through influence and collaboration. Drive stakeholder engagement and executive reporting with clear KPIs and dashboards\n * Capacity to drive strategy through projects and ensure alignment with overarching business goals\n * Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and shifting project priorities\n * Oversee budget, resource allocation, risk management, and change control processes\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n * Minimum 7 years of SAP project management experience, with at least 1end to end SAP programs\n * Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and integration with other lab/manufacturing systems\n * PMP, ITIL, SAP Activate certification preferred\n * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills\n * Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership.
