Capable of challenging requirements and guiding the business. \n * Business \u0026 Analysis: Strong background in bridging business requirements with technical solutions. Must be able to analyze complex business processes, identify risks, and translate them into technical specifications for the migration team.\n * Patience: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with patience. Must remain composed under pressure.\n\n\n\nTechnical Expertise\n\n * SAP Knowledge \u0026 SAP Analysis: Expertise in SAP ERP (ECC 6.0) and S/4HANA core modules technical and functionial wise. \n * Data Modeling: Advanced skills in data modeling for SAP environments. Ability to design efficient data migration strategies and define data quality standards\n\n\n\nCommunication \u0026 Cultural Fit\n\n * Talking and writing: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Must be able to articulate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. This role requires a \"consultant who can talk\".\n * High Consultant: A \"high consultant\" profile\u2014meaning a top-tier, senior professional who acts as an authority figure. This is not a junior or mid-level role; we require an individual who can command respect, mentor junior team members, and independently drive project streams with minimal supervision.\n\n\n\nTasks\n\n * Act as the anchor and connector between German Business and IT\n * Steer the project direction during critical phases, proactively identifying roadblocks and implementing mitigation strategies.\n * Facilitate and prepare workshops with business and IT leadership to report progress, manage risks and blockers\n * Conduct in-depth SAP analysis\n * Solution Architect / Manager approach for critical problems\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Experience: 8+ years of SAP consulting experience, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on S/4HANA migrations.\n * Certifications (nice to have): SAP Certified in S/4HANA Conversion or SAP Activate Project Manager is highly preferred.\n * Language: English (professional proficiency) and German (nice to have)\n * Soft Skills: High resilience, diplomatic patience, and a collaborative yet authoritative leadership style.\n\n\n
