SAP S/4HANA Payroll Replication Specialist

Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the end-to-end replication of payroll data from Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring timely and error-free processing.
  
• Configure and maintain SAP HCM Infotypes and Personnel Actions to support accurate data mapping and transformation during the replication cycle.
  
• Analyze and resolve complex integration issues, troubleshooting connectivity and data flow discrepancies between EC and S/4HANA environments.
  
• Perform rigorous payroll data reconciliation to verify consistency and accuracy across all master data records.
  
• Implement and test S/4HANA enhancements to improve the efficiency and reliability of the payroll replication process.
  
• Maintain and update Payroll Master Data, ensuring all employee records reflect current organizational changes and status updates.
  
• Utilize deep knowledge of the Employee Central Data Model to facilitate smooth data exchange and support organizational management structures.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance regarding US Payroll specific requirements and configurations within the SAP ecosystem.
  

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP payroll and integration solutions.
  
• Proven expertise in US Payroll processes and configurations.
  
• Strong proficiency with the Employee Central Data Model and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Infotypes, Personnel Actions, and Organizational Management.
  
• Demonstrated ability to handle Payroll Master Data management and reconciliation tasks.
  
• Solid experience in troubleshooting integration challenges between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA Payroll.
  
• Familiarity with S/4HANA enhancements and the specific mechanics of EC to S/4HANA Payroll replication.
  
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and system reliability.
