This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an SAP S/4HANA Project Experience & Consulting Exposure Program based in India.
This is a structured, learning-focused SAP S/4HANA exposure program designed to help SAP-trained individuals gain practical insights into real-world consulting environments and enterprise implementation practices. The program offers guided exposure to SAP project workflows, business process execution, and consulting methodologies commonly used in global SAP transformation initiatives. Participants will develop a stronger understanding of end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles, documentation standards, and collaborative delivery models. Through mentor-led sessions and project simulations, the program helps bridge the gap between theoretical training and real consulting experience. It is especially valuable for candidates aiming to strengthen their SAP consulting profile and improve readiness for competitive international job markets. Accountabilities:
- Participate in structured SAP S/4HANA project simulations and guided consulting exposure activities
- Gain hands-on understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles, including requirement gathering, configuration concepts, and testing workflows
- Learn and apply SAP Activate methodology principles within project-based learning scenarios
- Support documentation practices including functional specifications, process documentation, and testing artifacts
- Engage in simulated UAT and testing activities to understand enterprise validation processes
- Collaborate in team-based exercises reflecting real consulting engagement structures
- Develop familiarity with consulting communication standards and stakeholder interaction practices
- Participate in mentorship sessions focused on SAP consulting readiness and career development
Requirements:
- SAP training background or foundational knowledge in SAP modules (S/4HANA preferred)
- Interest in building a career in SAP consulting and enterprise transformation projects
- Understanding of basic business processes such as finance, supply chain, or enterprise operations
- Strong willingness to learn consulting methodologies and project execution frameworks
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
- Open to structured learning programs with guided mentorship
- Fresh graduates, early-career professionals, or candidates transitioning into SAP consulting are welcome
- Interest in international consulting exposure, especially North American SAP practices
