SAP S4HANA Senior Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :



·       Define project plan for global template rollouts, considering schedule / cost optimization and dependencies

·       Understand stakeholder mapping in a large and complex rollout program, and ensure that tasks, requests, escalations, etc. are directed at the appropriate stakeholders

·       Understand the activities in each phase in detail, and plan and monitor work accordingly

·       Capacity planning at a granular level (e.g. process chain / module level)

·       Partner with resource managers worldwide to ensure supply of planned capacities

·       Create project teams, and provide direction

·       Envisage risks, and define mitigation plan in consultation with the team and appropriate stakeholders

·       Establish and monitor program tracking and governance

·       Ensure the execution of project within QCD targets

·       Create Standard Operating Procedures to manage rollout projects

·       Demonstrate re-use, standards, continuous improvement

Educational qualification:

·       BE/MBA/CA, PMP

Experience :

·       15+ years in SAP as consultant and project / program manager

·       7+ years as a Project Manager

·       4+ end-to-end implementations, with at least two in S/4HANA

Mandatory/requires Skills :

·       Executing large and complex global template rollout projects (multi-year, multi-country, multi-division) - project preparation, Fit-to-Standard workshops, monitoring and control, managing multi-cultural, multi-functional international teams (business users, IT, outsourcing partners)

·       Excellent (written and Oral), International and Intercultural

·       Project Management, Hands-on prior experience in anyone/more functional module(s)
