  understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
  

• Experience
  with SAP module integrations (MM, WM/EWM, FI).
  

• Strong
  troubleshooting, incident management, and production support
  experience.
  

• Excellent
  communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Good
to Have Skills :

Experience
with SAP S/4HANA.

• Exposure
  to SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and SAP
  Transportation Management (TM).
  

Roles
and Responsibilities:

Configure
and support outbound logistics processes, including
Order-to-Cash (O2C), deliveries, shipments, and billing.

• Manage
  Sales Orders, Delivery Processing, Picking, Packing, PGI, and
  Billing activities.
  

• Configure
  shipping points, routes, delivery types, pricing, and output
  determination.
  

• Support
  integration with SAP MM, WM/EWM, and FI modules.
  

• Analyze
  and resolve production issues and provide ongoing application
  support.
  

• Work
  on enhancements, change requests, and process improvements.
  

• Participate
  in SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
  

• Collaborate
  with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate
  business requirements into SAP solutions.
