· Review business processes and identify improvement opportunities
· Analyze operational incidents and provide resolution plans
· Support transition and operational readiness activities
· Apply AMS support model best practices
· Identify critical business scenarios and dependencies
· Ensure stability of SAP SD solutions
· Collaborate with technical and functional teams
· Resolve issues impacting commercial operations
