As a SAP SD Director, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency through business application consulting, specializing in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyze client needs, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities
- Leading strategic direction and business development efforts for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
- Analyzing client requirements to implement CRM software solutions that optimize customer relationship management processes
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
- Driving business growth by identifying gaps in the market and converting opportunities into success for the firm
- Mentoring the next generation of leaders and cultivating potential within teams
- Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive together
- Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership and innovation
- Solving problems by exploring multiple angles and using creativity, encouraging others to do the same
- Balancing long-term, short-term, detail-oriented, and big picture thinking to make strategic choices and drive change
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relations to maximize client satisfaction and engagement
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Demonstrating strategic leadership in SAP Customer solutions
