Job Description - SAP SD Senior Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Senior Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP solutions
Configure and customize SAP SD modules including:
- Order Management
- Pricing & Billing
- Shipping & Delivery
- Credit Management
Work on S/4HANA transformations, including system conversion and business process re-engineering
Collaborate with technical teams for RICEF objects, enhancements, and integrations
Ensure seamless integration with other modules such as MM, FI/CO, and PP
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support business users during go-live
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal business disruption
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials
Engage with stakeholders and provide solutioning, effort estimation, and project updates

Required Skills & Competencies
Functional Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD module configuration and support
Deep understanding of:
- OTC (Order-to-Cash) cycle
- Pricing procedures and condition techniques
- Output determination
- Availability check (ATP)
Experience with S/4HANA SD functionalities

Technical & Integration Knowledge

Exposure to ABAP debugging (preferred)
Experience working with:
- IDOCs / Interfaces / APIs
- Integration with MM, FI/CO, and third-party systems
Familiarity with Fiori apps in SD (preferred)

Experience Requirements

10–12 years of relevant SAP SD experience
Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
Experience in global rollouts / multi-country implementations preferred

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead functional tracks
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

SAP SD Certification
Experience in S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementation projects
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies

Job Title: SAP SD Senior Consultant
Hiring Type: Contract – Full Time
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Work Mode: On‑site
Experience: 10 – 12 Years
Compensation: Up to 30 lacs per annum (depends on experience).
