Job Overview: We are looking for SAP Senior Consultant (BI/BW) - Japanese Speaker to be working on our Japan projects with the possibility of relocating to Japan.

Position: SAP Senior Consultant (BI/BW)
Modules: BI/BW/ BDC
Locations: Japan (On-site), Malaysia (Hybrid), India (Hybrid), Indonesia (Remote), Philippines (Remote), Thailand (Remote), Vietnam (Remote)

Working Mode: Flexible working arrangements (hybrid or remote) are available, and relocation to Japan is possible for selected candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SAP BI/BW solutions, including SAP BW on HANA or BW/4 HANA systems, or work with Datasphere to meet organizational needs.

• Design, implement, and manage Batch Data Communication (BDC) programs for data migration and automation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and collect data requirements.

• Design and implement strategies for data acquisition, storage, processing, and migration.

• Analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP BI/BW, BDC, and data-related projects.

• Ensure the effective integration of SAP BI/BW and BDC solutions with other systems and applications.

We are looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a technology-related discipline (such as Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) is mandatory.

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English (verbal and written) is a must.

• At least 5 years of experience developing SAP BI/BW solutions, including SAP BW on HANA or BW/4 HANA, or at least 2 years of experience with Datasphere.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BDC (Batch Data Communication) for data migration and automation processes.

• Proven experience in data analysis, strategy development, and working with cross-functional teams.

• Strong proficiency in HANA SQL/modeling and ABAP CDS Views.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
