Your Role - Job Role

As a SAP WFS Consultant, you will :

Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation and rewards processes.

Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.

Design annual compensation review cycles including merit, promotion, adjustment, and bonus planning.Configure compensation worksheets, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, and planner permissions.

Develop and maintain compensation templates, route maps, and workflows.

Configure Variable Pay plans, bonus calculations, and payout formulas.

Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to define salary structures and compensation strategies.

Support integration between Compensation, Employee Central, Performance Management, and Payroll.

Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.

Your Profile - Skills Required :

Minimum 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.

Experience in at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation implementation.

Strong understanding of compensation and rewards processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
