As a SAP-SF Talent - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, focusing on SAP Human Capital solutions. You will analyze business requirements and processes, recommending and developing solutions to meet client needs. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will design, configure, and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules, assisting in functional specifications for integration and data developments. This role involves collaborating with clients, testing processes, and supporting application systems to enhance client engagements.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex business issues, manage workstreams, and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client relationships, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. Your ability to anticipate needs and embrace ambiguity will be crucial in delivering quality work and growing your personal brand.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to our Advisory Acceleration Centre, supporting process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. Your experience with SAP SuccessFactors and cloud implementation methodology will be instrumental in leading teams and client workshops, creating documentation, and transferring knowledge to clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing business requirements and processes to develop solutions that meet client needs
- Designing, configuring, and documenting SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules based on business requirements
- Assisting in the development of functional specifications for integration and data developments
- Supporting application processes, system testing, and training of end users
- Leading client workshops and facilitating knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users
- Collaborating with clients to interpret business requirements and provide clear recommendations
- Utilizing Microsoft tools, including Excel and Project, for project management and data analysis
- Managing project planning and execution for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition implementations
- Developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios to identify errors and issues in business processes
- Creating documentation and training materials to support client engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business issues
- Excelling in client communication and collaboration
- Leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Developing documentation and training materials for end users
