As a SAP - Smart Recruiter / Recruiting (RCM) - Senior Associate, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives within our Digital Core Modernisation network.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in business application consulting to help clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality client solutions
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections
- Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency
- Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and adapting to changes
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Interpreting data to provide informed recommendations and drive strategic objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Navigating complex client engagements with strategic human resource planning
- Utilizing SAP SuccessFactors for workforce analytics and transformation
- Developing business process improvements in SAP Human Capital Management
- Managing change effectively within industrial and service sectors
- Excelling in human resources project management and budgeting
- Building meaningful client relationships through active listening and feedback
