SAP Stock Room Management Consultant - (m/f/d)

Responsibilities :

       • Assess Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze warehouse management needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

       • Solution Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and implement SAP Stock Room Management (SAP SRM or SAP WM) solutions to streamline inbound, outbound and onsite processes.

       • Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, QM) and non-SAP systems to provide a cohesive and efficient warehouse management  environment.

       • Custom Development: Guide and understand custom development and enhancements to meet unique business requirements – coding is not a must have.

       • Data Migration and Testing: Lead data migration efforts and conduct thorough testing to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.

       • Training and Change Management: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new  systems and processes.

       • Ongoing Support and Optimization: Provide ongoing support and optimization of SAP StRM/WM solutions to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence. 

Education :

       • Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification


Work experience :

      • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a functional in SAP logistical related modules, like SAP WM or SAP StRM

      • Open to technical topics to grow into a techno-functional

      • Ideally extensive knowledge of logistics processes 


Technical & Professional Knowledge (mandatory)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field 


• Expertise in SAP WM/StRM configuration and customization 


• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus 


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 


• Very good communication and interpersonal skills 


• Very good English skills 


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  
  

Specific Software Tools and Technologies:

• Profound SAP Logistics (SAP WM / Stock Room Management) 


• SAP ECC R3 or SAP S/4HANA o ABAP and ABAP OO (good debugging skills sufficient) 


• Basic IoT integration (Warehouse Scanning Hardware) - Basic RF Knowledge 


• Basic (Process) Integration with SAP MM, PP, SD, QM modules o Basic Knowledge in different types of interfaces 

Technical & Professional Knowledge (additional plus/nice to have skills)

• Other languages, such as German, Brazil, Spanish, Mandarin is a plus 
  
  

Additional nice to have Knowledge:

• Fiori Launchpad (Spaces, Pages, Notifications) 


• Experience with test automation 


• API Monitoring, Kafka Streaming
