Requirements
Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Time Management Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of compensation planning and workforce time management solutions.
Possess strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Time Management modules, enabling organizations to deliver equitable reward programs, streamlined workforce scheduling, and compliant time management processes.
Lead the configuration, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Time Management modules.
Design and optimize compensation planning processes, including salary reviews, variable pay programs, compensation cycles, eligibility rules, and salary structures.
Configure and support time management processes, including time recording, work schedules, shifts, holiday calendars, leave accruals, attendance, and absence management.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Employee Central, and Integration teams to ensure seamless business process alignment and system integration.
Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and maintain KT documentation to support operational continuity and team readiness.
Manage governance activities, including risk logs, escalation management, compliance reporting, issue tracking, and project documentation.
Support integrations between SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Payroll, and third-party applications.
Design, execute, and validate test scenarios for compensation planning cycles, payroll impacts, and time management processes.
Provide training, mentoring, and functional guidance to junior consultants and client stakeholders.
Participate in SAFe Agile delivery processes, supporting sprint planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder communication.
Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams, ensuring best practices and solution excellence across SuccessFactors implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Time Management modules.
Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll integrations.
Experience designing and implementing compensation planning solutions, including variable pay and merit planning.
Expertise in workforce time management, absence management, leave accruals, work schedules, and time recording processes.
Proficiency in governance reporting, risk management, escalation tracking, and compliance documentation.
Experience creating and executing functional and end-to-end test scenarios.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities effectively.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Time Management certification.
Experience supporting global HR and payroll processes.
Exposure to large-scale SuccessFactors transformation or implementation programs.
Knowledge of integration technologies and middleware platforms supporting SAP ecosystems.
