SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant (contract)

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to lead and support Compensation activities, including annual compensation cycles, enhancements, configuration, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
  
• Lead and support Compensation implementation and support activities.
  
• Manage annual compensation cycles and enhancements.
  
• Configure Compensation processes and custom compensation statements.
  
• Gather business requirements and translate them into solutions.
  
• Coordinate with business and cross-functional teams.
  
• Support other SuccessFactors modules when required.
  
• Independently manage and drive the Compensation workstream.
