Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with strong expertise in Time Off and Time Tracking to support ongoing operations, country rollouts, enhancements, and integrations. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting all Time Management processes integrated with EC, ensuring compliance with global and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Central

• Provide end-to-end configuration and support for EC Core module
• Maintain business rules, workflows, data models, and RBP permissions.
• Position Management

Time Off

• Configure and maintain:
  • Time Types
  • Accrual Rules
  • Time Profiles
  • Holiday Calendars & Work Schedules
  • Absence Quotas / Carryover rules
• Troubleshoot leave balance issues, accrual generation logic, and employee eligibility.
• Support statutory compliance for multiple countries (e.g., ES, PL, UK, DE, etc.).
• Ensure proper integration with EC Payroll / External payroll systems.

Time Tracking (SF Timesheet)

• Configure Time Tracking including recording profiles, time valuation rules, overtime, breaks, time collectors, and validations.
• Ensure downstream alignment with payroll wage types and integrations.

Operational & Project Support

• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and integrations teams.
• Ability to work independently and in global environments.

• Stay current with SAP releases updates and best practices and advise clients on the implications for their solution landscape Assist in change management activities including system upgrades and process improvements

• Must have SuccessFactors certification in EC module
