SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead Consultant

Lead Onboarding implementation projects and manage client expectations. Gather requirements and map onboarding workflows to SuccessFactors functionality. Configure process flows, document management, and integration points. Collaborate with Recruiting and Employee Central teams. Deliver end-user training and support go-live activities. Ensure compliance with organizational onboarding policies. Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0/2.0. Integration knowledge with RCM and EC. Project leadership and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to translate HR processes into system solutions. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT. 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with multiple Onboarding projects. SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is required.
