Requirements

Role Overview Seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Product Manager to oversee system optimization, process alignment, and module functionality. You will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring the platform scales effectively to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central (EC) and one additional module.
  

• Lead system configuration, maintenance, and enhancement cycles to optimize HR operational workflows.
  

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and lead functional design sessions.
  

• Manage end-to-end configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for seamless module integration.
  

• Drive user adoption through expert training, documentation, and continuous process improvement.
  

Required Qualifications

• Mandatory Expertise: Advanced configuration knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
  

• Module Proficiency: Proven hands-on configuration experience in at least one additional SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g., PMGM, Compensation, Recruiting, or Onboarding).
  

• Implementation Experience: Successfully participated in at least one full-cycle, major SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
  

• Operational Acumen: Strong understanding of HR business processes and the ability to map complex requirements to system capabilities.
  

• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and resolve complex configuration issues.
