SAP Support Manager

Requirements

·  Primarily responsible for Handling tickets and application support to the end users

·  Hand on experience on modules like PP, QM, MM & SD and support of the same at the backend

·  Liaise with SAP AMC providers to ensure support and timely close of tickets raised         

·  When an issue comes diagnose, analyze and solve the issue

·  Responsible for any enhancements

·  Writing functional specs and interacting with Abapers to develop any user report or enhancement requirements

·  Handhold end users at initial levels, Training the end users and preparing end user training material 

·  Drafting end user training manuals

·  Managing Various SAP Masters (Customer, Vendor, Item) – Creating, amending
