SAP Talent Acquisition Lead / Senior Manager

Talent Worx is looking for an experienced SAP Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment strategy for SAP professionals. As a Senior Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and executing talent acquisition initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top-tier SAP talent. Your strategic vision and leadership will drive our efforts to build a high-performing SAP team to meet our clients' dynamic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SAP recruitment team to deliver exceptional talent acquisition services across the organization.
• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans that align with business goals and support organizational growth.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on best recruitment practices.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and make informed decisions.
• Develop and promote an employer branding strategy that attracts top SAP talent in a competitive market.
• Oversee the candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging journey.
• Mentor and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on SAP and IT recruitment.
• Proven leadership experience managing a recruitment team and driving successful hiring initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices, particularly in the SAP sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
