SAP Time Management

We are looking for an experienced SAP Time Management (Positive) Senior Consultant with 6–9 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM Time Management (Positive). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in reading and writing PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Schemas, SAP configuration, and production support within an AMS environment. Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy is mandatory, while exposure to Canada Payroll or SAP HCM modules is an added advantage. The role involves supporting clients by troubleshooting and resolving time management issues while working in the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP HCM Time Management (Positive) processes.
  


• Configure SAP Time Management solutions based on business requirements using PCRs and Schemas.
  


• Read, write, modify, and troubleshoot Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas.
  


• Analyze and resolve client issues related to positive time management within defined SLAs.
  


• Perform SAP configuration changes and support enhancements.
  


• Work in an Application Management Services (AMS) environment handling incidents, service requests, and change requests.
  


• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.
  


• Perform testing, validation, and support UAT activities using tools such as HP ALM (preferred).
  


• Manage support activities through ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
  


• Prepare documentation for configurations, issue resolutions, and knowledge transfer.
  


• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 6–9 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM Time Management (Positive).
  


• Strong hands-on experience in reading and writing Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).
  


• Expertise in SAP Time Management (Positive) and Schemas.
  


• Experience in SAP Configuration for Time Management.
  


• Mandatory experience working in an AMS (Application Management Services) support environment.
  


• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
  


• Good understanding of Positive Time Management processes.
  


• Experience with SAP HCM modules; Canada Payroll experience is an added advantage.
  


• Knowledge of testing tools such as HP ALM is preferred.
  


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  


• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  


• Candidates should be currently working on SAP with hands-on production support experience.
