Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA PP / QM transformation projects across assessment, design, build, testing, and go‑live phases. 


• Own manufacturing and quality workstreams on full‑cycle SAP implementations. 


• Drive client workshops, solution design sessions, and key decision forums. 


• Manage and mentor onshore/offshore teams; ensure quality and timely delivery. 


• Collaborate with cross‑functional SAP teams (MM, FI/CO, SD, PS, WM/EWM). 


• 
  

  Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, solution shaping, and thought leadership initiatives.

  
  

   

Requirement:

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong hands‑on expertise in SAP PP / PP‑PI and QM. 


• At least 2 end‑to‑end SAP implementation cycles, including S/4HANA. 


• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management. 


• Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences / Pharmaceuticals. 


• Working knowledge of GMP / GxP compliance and validation concepts. 


• Excellent client‑facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 


• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder consulting environment.

Must-Have Certifications

• SAP S/4 HANA Production planning and manufacturing

Experience & Background 

• Graduate/Post Graduate 


• 10 + years of IT industry experience.
