As a Saviynt EIC/IES - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our cybersecurity team, focusing on identity and access management to safeguard sensitive data and systems. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will design and implement strategies to protect information and manage user identities, confirming secure and efficient access for employees and clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style to motivate and inspire others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, from planning to completion, and engage in strategic planning and execution. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Leading end-to-end implementation of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) programs using Saviynt
- Designing and configuring IGA workflows, access models, and provisioning processes to align with client security policies and industry standards
- Overseeing integration with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, and cloud platforms
- Conducting quality reviews on design, code/configuration, test scripts, and deployment plans
- Facilitating requirements workshops, design discussions, and governance meetings with stakeholders
- Presenting complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner
- Managing client expectations, project risks, and issue remediation
- Mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance to support their development
- Contributing to proposal development, scope definition, and pre-sales activities
- Supporting go-to-market initiatives, service offerings, and development of reusable templates
- Participating in thought leadership activities, including whitepapers and industry presentations
- Validating alignment of technical solutions with regulatory requirements and client needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9-12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Saviynt EIC/IES role engineering and access governance
- Utilizing knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Cloud IAM solutions
- Leading workshops and creating solution roadmaps for identity governance
- Managing integration with enterprise applications and cloud platforms
- Excelling in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
