Job Description - SBFC Finance- Area Business Manager

Company: SBFC Finance

Location: Faridabad \ Ballabhgarh \ Palwal \ Hodal
Experience: 2+ Years (Team Handling & Secured Loan Sales)

Product Focus: Home Loans (HL) / MSME Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP)

The Area Business Manager (ABM) will be responsible for driving secured loan business (HL/MSME/LAP) in the assigned territory through effective team management, customer acquisition, and relationship management. The role requires strong B2C field sales expertise and leadership skills to achieve business targets while ensuring compliance and quality portfolio growth.



  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 8–10 sales officers to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.




  • Drive sales of secured loan products (HL, MSME Loans, LAP) through direct sourcing and field sales activities.




  • Ensure proper lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition in the assigned territory.




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local stakeholders to expand business reach.




  • Monitor team performance, provide regular training, and conduct joint field visits to ensure productivity.




  • Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements during customer onboarding and loan processing.




  • Drive market penetration by identifying new opportunities and expanding the customer base.




  • Achieve disbursement and portfolio quality targets while minimizing delinquency.




  • Analyze competitor activities, provide market intelligence, and suggest strategies for business growth.





  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling with proven track record in field sales.




  • Must have handled a team of 8–10 sales resources.




  • Strong exposure to secured loans (Home Loans / MSME Loans / Loan Against Property).




  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.




  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.




  • Good understanding of local markets, customer profiles, and sales channels.




  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Finance or related field preferred.
