The Team Lead will be responsible for driving secured loan business (HL/MSME/LAP) in the assigned territory by leading a team of sales officers. The role demands hands-on experience in B2C field sales, customer acquisition, and strong leadership skills to meet business targets and ensure high-quality portfolio growth.
Lead and manage a team of 8–10 sales executives to achieve loan disbursement and business targets.
Drive sales of secured loan products (Home Loan, MSME Loan, LAP) through direct sourcing and field sales.
Conduct joint field visits with team members to improve productivity and conversion.
Ensure proper lead generation, pipeline management, and timely closure of cases.
Guide, mentor, and train team members for skill development and performance improvement.
Monitor sales activities, track daily performance, and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local market influencers.
Maintain compliance with credit, policy, and regulatory guidelines during customer onboarding and loan processing.
Ensure portfolio quality and minimize delinquency by sourcing the right customer base.
2+ years of experience in team handling with proven performance in B2C field sales.
Must have handled a team of 8–10 sales resources.
Strong exposure to Secured Loans (Home Loan, MSME Loan, Loan Against Property).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of local markets, customer segments, and sales channels.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Finance or related field preferred.
